Hardware Requirement

 

All you need is a basic computer system with having following specs.

Display Resolution: Super VGA 800x600 (Required), Super VGA 1024x768 (Recommended)

Operating System: Windows Vista 32 bit and 64 bit (running in 32 bit mode), Windows XP professional with service pack 1 or higer, Windows 2000 Professional with service pack 4 or higher, Windows server 2003 with service pack 1 or higher

CPU: 500 Mhz or higher, Intel Pentium compatible

RAM: 512 MB

Disk Space (need for client software installation) : 125 MB

Video memory: Video card with 64 MB of RAM (video RAM or VRAM) and Microsoft DirectX application programming interface generation

For VoIP: Sound card, speaker, and computer microphone

Bandwidth: 80 kbps or faster internet connection

Recording Playback: Flash Player version 9 or higher, Windows Media Player version 9 or later (version is checked when the meeting client starts)

Training Methodology

We use WebEx for our online classes. You will need to install a quick browser Plug-in to be able to attend the classes. Upon registration, you will be given a schedule & URL to join the class. If you are using Outlook, invitation for training sessions will be sent to your outlook e-mail address so that your calendar is updated and you have all the details on your calendar. You just need to click on the URL at scheduled date and time and you'll be in the class in no time.  Yes! It is that simple.

Training Contents & Interaction

The content will be multimedia training content with PowerPoint presentations complete with animations, transitions, Flash, 3D objects, and streaming video depending on the course and session requirements.

There will also be the feature of sharing documents, demonstrating software, and sketching ideas on a whiteboard in real time. Creating data and annotating on the fly will also be available to all participants in the class.

Integrated Telephony

Voice is integrated into the application.  You will be able to hear the instructor thru your computer integrated speakers/ headsets and will be able to ask questions using the microphone.

 

Revise Sessions

The classroom sessions are going to be recorded and you'll have option to playback these sessions at your own convenience (within a specified period). That would be very convenient if you have to miss a class because of any emergency or if you would like to just revise the session.

Hands-on Practice

For hands on practice, participants will be provided access to their own dedicated environment accessible over internet. Depending on the training, these environments can be accessed either through browser or through freeware tools like Secured Shell, VNC etc. This environment will be available 24 hours during the training course so that you can practise as much as you would like.
